Who we are

Zaman Surgery Design is a trading name of Zaman Archihomes Ltd, registered in England & Wales No. 17178531, whose registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described in this notice.

What we collect

The only information we collect from you directly is what you type into the enquiry form on this site:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The project type you select
• The project location, if you give one
• The brief you write in the message field

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use what you send solely to read your enquiry, reply to it, and discuss the project you are asking about. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build a profile from it, and we do not sell or share it for anyone else to use.

Our lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — and, where an enquiry does not lead to one, Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us about our services.

Who processes it for us

Your enquiry passes through two service providers, each acting only on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and serves its pages.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email.
• Google LLC, which serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading them sends your IP address to Google. We do not control that transfer, and we set no Google cookies.

Where it goes

Vercel, Resend and Google are US companies and your information may be transferred outside the UK. Those transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows from it, together with any period we are required to keep records for tax or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed for either, we delete it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session storage and no tracking of any kind. That is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive — there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser will request typefaces from Google as described above. Nothing else on the page contacts a third party.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Receive it in a portable format
• Withdraw consent, where our use of it rests on consent

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at info@archihomes.co.uk so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date shown above.
